A great find, as it offered a Stanley knife and saw (interchangeable blades) that we were struggling to find. The product was not cheap but included delivery and their customer service was excellent 👍

Terrible customer service, why do they use FedEx to deliver your product when you don't live in central London?
They used FedEx to deliver my parcel to the Post Office and FedEx lied on the form saying it was delivered now I have to stay home to wait for FedEx to deliver my package.
These people are stupid. When you're delivering outside of central London you don't use FedEx you use Royal Mail.
The store was great, it has affordable prices, good quality materials, and a large range of art supplies available. The staff are helpful aswell.
Has such a great range. Is quite dark inside with narrow paths. They should put a notice on their website and shop front that there's a cat instore for anyone with allergies. I went with my 4 yr old who is severely allergic to cats, it's the only reason I put it down from 5 stars to 3.
I'm local and have shopped here regularly for the past few years. Huge selection of more traditional art materials however feels like time has come to a halt here, this includes the service.

I've been to this shop several times since I like to support local businesses, but I always leave frustrated as their selection is very poor. And after my last visit, I realised I had paid much higher prices than other art supply shops in London. Almost double the price for colour pencils. 😳 …
